Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Standard inventory orders received before 11am will be shipped the next business day (48 hrs during the holiday season) from our Roasting facility in N. Miami Beach, Florida. Large volume or special orders may reuqire more than one business day to process. This will not effect freshness.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your coffee, return unused portion in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date to:

Please include your order number. (found in your order confirmation e-mail.)
A full refund of the cost will be posted to you credit card only after we receive the merchandise.

Cancellation may be performed by e-mail or by calling 305-249-5628. Please have your order number ready.

*If an order passes the processing stage, it cannot be canceled. In addition, Cafe Don Pablo reserves the right to limit or cancel orders for any reason, including protecting our customers and ourselves against fraud. Orders may be cancelled whenever there is doubt as to the accuracy, truth or validity of information supplied by shoppers. Cafe Don Pablo reserves the right to request additional information for order processing purposes if necessary.
